Jimmy Chism
Founder
Dr. Jimmy Chism serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Chism Consulting Groug, bringing over 10 years of expertise as both a teacher and school administrator. With a doctorate in education from the University of Colorado, Dr. Chism’s dedication to advancing educational opportunities earned him recognition as Colorado’s Secondary Assistant Principal of the Year. A former Army intelligence officer, he founded Chism Consulting Group to address the critical need for skilled educators in hard-to-fill roles within BIE and DoDEA schools. Driven by a commitment to service to our most vulnerable students, Dr. Chism leads with integrity and a clear mission to create meaningful, lasting impact in the communities he serves.
